Taylormade r580xd driver specs

The TaylorMade RXD is a club that fits the bill here… it combines great performance with exceptional value.

Instead of scrapping the club, TaylorMade moved it to a lower price point. The club has a fairly deep face and the CC is not really that noticeable when looking down on the club. The stock shaft M. The RXD is long, forgiving and really easy to hit. It is tough to find too many other drivers in this price range that can stack up to the RXD. If, upon inspection, 2nd Swing identifies any discrepancies ex.

Golf club head covers, tool kits, torque wrenches, or other related accessories should be included whenever possible though are not mandatory. Not every golf club model can be given a market value and these items are typically: rare items, antique items, special or tour issue items and other very high-ticket items.

If items are extremely old or damaged, they are also not assigned a market value. At 2nd Swing Golf, we work very hard to accurately rate our clubs according to our condition guide. Our golf club condition guide is as follows:. The golf club is in brand new condition and has never been used on a golf course. Shows virtually no traces of wear and has been hit times total.

It will be difficult to determine if it has been used. Golf club has been played less than 10 rounds and is in top of the line used condition. This club has seen normal usage for an extended period of time, at least one season, has been well cared for, and is still in good used condition.

This golf club has been well used, but not abused. Below average clubs offer a great value for someone who isn't as interested in cosmetics but cares about performance. The club sits well at address and looks great, so you don't feel like it is at all oversized. The ultralight shaft performs well and we liked the red flash at the top of the shaft to give it a sharp look.

Players with very high swing speeds may find they need a stiffer version of this standard stiff shaft as the club had a tendency to turn the ball over when swung really hard. Overall though a great club, but if you are buying it for the long term, be aware that certain versions will be illegal for competitive use from 1 January I have to say that the striking force that comes from both clubs is awesome.!!!

I currently own a Mizuno Mp and it goes vey nicely. I'm still playing my RXD 9. Ten years ago I was real long with it. I have misplaced about 10 mph of swing speed that I'm working on finding again.

I need to get some launch monitor time to see what my current numbers are with this club. I suspect that I am launching a bit high and over 3k rpm. Right now I'm kinda trying to talk myself into a Callaway Mavrik, but I just don't know if I would be getting anything beyond shiny and newer. I just gave mine away to a friend that was starting out. I wasn't playing it all the time, but I did take it out for a spin a few times a year. I am not going to say I hit it better than my M3 but the driver was great.

In my younger days, I used to send balls flying with that bad boy. I'm still playing my xd and it's still a great driver. My swing speed is quite a bit slower than in years past and I'm falling behind, so I am going to try out a Callaway Mavrik Max. Any others using a Max out there? This was a great era for drivers. I didn't have the xd but played the r5TP for about 6 seasons. I still keep it around and bring it and my k and Mizuno MP for a spin occasionally.

They very nearly better the current stuff. I've still got 2 of the XD TP's. I'll never let em go. Only a cc head but so solid and easy to hit. Tried the XD TP but never liked it as much. The r7 TP was a beast as well but very hard to find.

Unlike a lot of folks here on wrx I don't dabble in all the latest expensive drivers and shafts but I do try a lot of year old high-end used stuff - several dozen over the last decade but nothing has ever bumped my Rxd.

I've quit trying to replace it. Maybe thats boring but it just plain works for me. You can post now and register later. If you have an account, sign in now to post with your account.
